Shipping Information

I provide a fast delivery service using Royal Mail first class or signed for. Overseas orders are dispatched by Airmail. I will e-mail you on the day it is sent..

I aim to dispatch all orders within one working day if items are in stock, bespoke orders will generally be dispatched within 7 days unless a specific material has to be sourced and regular updates will be sent. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will generally be posted on the following Monday, and orders placed on Bank Holidays will generally be posted on the next working day.

Orders posted within the UK should arrive within 2-3 working days (excluding Saturdays). Orders posted to Western Europe usually arrive within 5 working days, whilst orders sent to Eastern Europe should arrive within 8-10 working days. Orders sent to destinations outside of Europe generally arrive within 10-14 working days. Please note that these timescales are provided as a guideline only and adapted from Royal Mail. I cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail or overseas delivery agents but will keep in regular contact about your parcel.

Returns

I offer a simple 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If any item is not quite what you required then just notify me by email/post (stating reason for return) within 48hrs of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded. This does not apply to pierced earrings which are non refundable.

Please send items back using recorded / registered post for security purposes. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).

Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let me know within 2 days and arrange to post them back to me. I will reimburse you these extra postage costs. Please contact me first for a returns number. You will need to inform me within 2 working days as after that period we will not be liable for items said to be damaged.
